Quotation Terms
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms explain how a quotation request becomes a quotation and, if accepted, a contract. They describe the process only; the commercial terms of each project are set out in the written quotation or contract issued by VORQS.
1. Requesting a quotation
Submitting the Request a Quote form, or emailing us, is a request for information. It does not oblige VORQS to issue a quotation or oblige you to accept one. We may ask for drawings, a site visit or more details before we can price the work.
2. What a quotation contains
A written quotation from VORQS states the scope of work, the assumptions and exclusions it is based on, the price, whether prices include or exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, the period for which the quotation is valid, and the payment terms.
3. Acceptance and contract
A contract is formed only when the quotation or a contract document has been accepted or signed in writing by both VORQS and the client. Verbal or website statements do not create a contract.
4. Changes to scope
Work outside the agreed scope is performed only after the change and its effect on price and schedule have been agreed in writing.
5. Taxes
Taxes are applied as required by Egyptian law and are stated in the quotation.
6. Your information
The information you give us for a quotation is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
